2. Manuscript Editing

Ideal if your manuscript is complete and you want it professionally polished.

What’s included

Full copyedit (with tracked changes), incorporation of one round of author revisions and a final proofread.

Your role: Review and respond to edits; approve the final manuscript.

Investment
Up to 60,000 words: £2,000-£3,000
60,000–90,000 words: £3,000-£4,000
90,000–120,000 words: £4,000-£5,000

3. Production Package

Professional print-ready results – you remain in control

What’s included

One full copyedit, cover design (two concepts), interior layout for print, and print-ready file preparation.

Your role: Approve edits and designs; manage printing if needed.

Investment: £2,500–£4,000 (printing costs separate)

4. Full Publishing Management

End-to-end support – we manage everything for you.

What’s included

Editorial oversight, copyediting, cover design, interior layout, full project management, and printer liaison.

Your role: Minimal – review and approve key milestones.

Investment: £5,000–£9,000+ (printing costs separate)

We also offer a range of additional services that you can add to a package or return for at a later date.

Second Print Run Management: liaison with printer for reprints, proof review and coordination (£300–£500 plus printing)
Ebook Conversion & Formatting: conversion to Kindle, ePub and PDF, with professional formatting (£400–£600 per format)
Light Launch Support: guidance on launch strategy, press release templates and social media (£300–£500)
Ongoing Author Advisory Support: 1–2 hours monthly consultation post-publication (£100–£150 per month)
Custom Illustration or Artwork Coordination: sourcing and managing illustrators for cover/interior (£500–£1,200)
Professional Proofreading: final polish proofreading focused on grammar, punctuation and formatting (£250–£400)
